about
writer, content creator, editor, and software builder in Phoenix
I taught myself to edit with an early version of Sony Vegas around 2010 or 2011.
Football, technology, and editing eventually became the same work.
After I graduated, I started helping players from my high school get recruited—cutting their All-22 footage and sending it to college programs.
I had always been drawn to technology, video editing, and football. Around 2018, those interests converged. I’ve been creating football content and building tools around the game ever since.
Today, that work includes reporting, CANE FILMS breakdowns, The Second Play, TapeSift, and open-source tools for writers and editors.
